Gina Potenza, M.S., is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and information systems. Currently serving as Chief Resource Officer at Quick Med Claims, LLC since June 2022, Gina has previously held leadership roles including Vice President of Human Resources at The Care Team and VP of Human Resources at Great Expressions Dental Centers, overseeing HR functions for a large dental services organization. With a strong background in IT, encompassing roles such as Director of Information Systems at Laboratory Alliance of Central New York and Independent Consultant, Gina possesses expertise in strategic planning, business continuity, and project management. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management & Technology from Syracuse University.
