Barbie DeLeeuw, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Barbie is currently working at Quick Quack Car Wash as the Director of Operations since April 2021. Prior to this role, they were a Regional Leader at the same company from May 2017 to April 2021.

Barbie also has experience at Black Bear Benefits, where they served as the Vice President of Operations & GM for Holiday Inn Express from May 2014 to September 2017. During their time there, they were responsible for the successful opening of a new hotel and food and beverage establishment. Barbie focused on various aspects including procurement, staff hiring and development, training, guest satisfaction, increasing net income, and establishing a strong company culture. The hotel attained strong cash flow and received accolades such as being awarded Business of the Month from the Carbon County Chamber of Commerce.

Before joining Black Bear Benefits, Barbie worked at Crescent Hotels & Resorts as a General Manager & Task force GM from February 2012 to November 2014. In this role, they worked at various Crescent hotels in different locations, including New York and Texas. Barbie was responsible for building budgets, recruiting and training staff, evaluating staff performance, improving guest scores, and managing emergency situations. Barbie achieved significant financial success during their tenure, including exceeding the NOCF target and achieving a high RevPar index. Barbie also successfully enhanced brand standards through brand audits.

Earlier in their career, Barbie worked as a General Manager at Ardent Hotel Advisors from September 2006 to February 2012. Barbie also served as a Controller at Sunstone Hotels from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they were a Team Leader at Feature Films for Families from June 1995 to March 2002.

Barbie DeLeeuw, MBA has a strong education background in business administration and accounting. Barbie obtained a Master's degree of Science in Business Administration/Accounting from the University of Phoenix from 2004 to 2008. Prior to their Master's degree, they earned a Bachelor's degree of Science in Business Administration from Utah State University, graduating in 2004.

Additionally, Barbie DeLeeuw has a high school education from Carbon High School, where they attended from 1987 to 1989.

In terms of certifications, they hold a Certified Revenue Management Executive certification from HSMAI, obtained in March 2017. Barbie also has a Certified Hotel Administrator certification from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, which they obtained in April 2014.
