Herve Laplume

Herve Laplume has extensive experience in operational management and leadership roles across various companies in the restaurant and service industries. Currently, Laplume serves as Team Lead Manager at Quick Quack Car Wash since January 2022. Prior to this, Laplume held significant positions at Apple American Group LLC as Area Director and at Applebee's as Senior Franchise Area Director from 2011 to 2022. Additionally, Laplume was Director of Operations at Sbarro Inc from 2010 to 2011 and served as Vice President of Operations at Bugaboo Creek Steak House from 2005 to 2010. Laplume also worked as Region Manager at Bugaboo Creek for Charlie Browns Holding Corp from 2005 to 2009 and gained initial experience as District Manager at Bertucci's from 1987 to 2005.
