Travis Albrant

Vice President Operations and GM of Canada at QuickCable Corporation

Travis Albrant has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Travis began their career in 1998 as a Production Lead at Medieval Glass, where they managed production schedules, coordinated shipments and deliveries, and was responsible for quality control of finished product. In 2003, they became a R&D Designer at Cycle Country, where they created and maintained manufacturing and assembly drawings for ATV accessories, tested new equipment, and created and maintained instruction and assembly manuals. In 2006, they joined Rexnord as an Engineering Manager - Engineer to Order, where they provided PLM guidance and enhanced engineering business process structure for the Couplings Business Unit. Travis also facilitated the implementation of hardware and software required for Global CAD standards and systems, as well as the creation of 3D CAD models and transformation of the organization towards 3D model based digital validation processes. In 2016, they became a Site Project Manager at Konecranes, where they managed several multi-million-dollar projects to deliver on time and under budget. In 2017, they joined Real Alloy as an Operations Manager, where they established and maintained financial budgets and drove and developed the culture of safety first. Travis also joined QuickCable Corporation as Vice President of Operations and GM of Canada, Director of Operations, and Manufacturing Engineering Manager. In this role, they led and mentored the Engineering department, improved manufacturing processes, and created and implemented department KPI's.

Travis Albrant obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Cardinal Stritch University in 2016. Travis then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA in the same field from Cardinal Stritch University, which they completed in 2019. Prior to that, they attended Iowa Lakes Community College from 2002 to 2005, though they did not obtain a degree. Travis also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Rexnord Industries.
