Mailou Vang

Mailou Vang has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mailou began their career in 2008 as an Information Technology Lab Technician at Metropolitan State University of Denver, where they created and managed network academia accounts and maintained computer labs. In 2013, they joined IBM as an Identity and Access Management Specialist, administering and managing user access on multiple platforms. Mailou then worked at Source Office & Technology/Citron Workspaces as a Furniture Support Coordinator, handling furniture orders and providing administrative support. Mailou later joined Gusto as a Benefits Onboarding Specialist, managing small business benefits and providing client support. In 2020, they worked at BigSIS as a Support Engineer, addressing client support issues and updating the knowledge base. Currently, they are working at Quicksilver Scientific as a Testing Support Specialist.

From 2008 to 2013, Mailou Vang attended Metropolitan State University of Denver and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science with an emphasis on Sociology.
