Alexander Björkén has a long and varied work experience. Alexander began their career in 2012 as a Cashier/Entrance Host for IKEA Group. In 2013, they worked as a Support Agent for Besedo and a Customer Support Agent and Team Leader, Customer Service for Betsson Group. In 2017, they moved to Offerta AB as a Customer Success Manager. In 2020, they joined Kindred Group plc as an Account Manager, where they were responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high value customers, actively reporting and marketing analytics, strategic planning and event management worldwide, managing targets and budget, campaign planning, collaboration with local market, brand teams, marketing/payments/AML-teams, and driving self-started projects from start to finish. Alexander is currently employed at Quickspin as an Account Manager.
