Manage the planning and structural design for multiple public and private Clients such as TxDOT, Counties and Cities and MUD's across Texas.
Perform and oversee structural design of bridges, water and wastewater plants, junction boxes, and retaining walls.
Perform QC or QA reviews, and working with other staff in completing projects
Work with/mentor EIT's and interns.
Attends design meetings and interacts with clients at his or her level of experience to develop client relationships.
May require field-based activities like coordination with construction services, inspections and/or reviewing sites with client groups.
Manage/Oversee the quality, timeliness, and financial aspects of projects including the development of scope, budgets and proposals necessary for contract negotiations.
Partner with senior staff throughout the firm in maintaining and developing client relationships.
