Karen Gibson

Karen Gibson is the SVP of Digital Health at Quidel. Karen has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, including executive roles at US Oncology/McKesson Specialty Health and Life Technologies. At US Oncology/McKesson Specialty Health, they provided IT services for business operations and patient care across an integrated network of 500+ community-based oncology clinics, specialty pharmacies, and diagnostic laboratories. At Life Technologies, they were responsible for global information technology strategy and operations, including developing and implementing the company’s first enterprise resource planning system. Karen has also served as an executive consultant, advising C-level executives on IT leadership and creating a digital environment to achieve strategic value.

Karen Gibson has a MBA in Business Managment/Statistics from Ohio University and a BS in Computer Technology from Purdue University.
