Amanda Repp, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Sr. Manager, People & Culture Business Partner at QuidelOrtho since July 2023. With extensive experience in human resources spanning nearly two decades, Amanda has held various roles including Head of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager at Nice North America, where responsibilities included HR business partnership across multiple countries, full-cycle recruitment, and benefits administration. Previous positions include HR Generalist roles at Center for Sustainable Energy and OneRoof Energy, and a focus on employee relations and performance management at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP and The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. Amanda holds a BA in Spanish, Elementary Education, and Secondary Education from Roanoke College.
