Ashish Vassa

Ashish Vassa is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Software Engineering at QuidelOrtho since June 2022, Vassa previously held the position of Global Director of Software at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics from February 2021 to May 2022. Prior to this, a notable tenure at GE Healthcare spanned two decades, during which Vassa held various roles including Director of Software Engineering, Senior Software Engineering Manager, and Program Manager, among others. Vassa holds an MBA with a focus on Marketing, Strategy, and Health Enterprise Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, as well as a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
