Devin Topp has over two decades of experience in the diagnostics and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at QuidelOrtho since December 2013, where leadership focuses on leveraging talent to advance diagnostics. Prior roles at Alere involved progressively responsible positions in talent acquisition, overseeing recruitment for a significant workforce within the IVD/Medical Device industry. Earlier experience includes scientific recruitment at Lab Pros Inc. and technical roles at Ligand Pharmaceuticals, Ionis Pharmaceuticals, and Avant ImmunoTherapeutics, where Devin contributed to analytical development, quality control, and FDA communication. Devin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of New Hampshire.
