Flor M Ramos is a seasoned sales operations professional with extensive experience in the diagnostics and medical device industries. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations and Caribbean Region General Manager at QuidelOrtho since December 2022, Ramos previously held multiple roles at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics from July 2011, including Director of Sales Operations for LATAM and the Caribbean Region and Business Unit Manager overseeing Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, and Venezuela. Prior to this, Ramos spent over a decade at Johnson & Johnson, excelling as a Sales Manager for Cordis and achieving notable sales performance and recognition. Flor Ramos holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico - Humacao.
