Rob Dickens is an experienced professional with a strong background in learning technology and digital transformation. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Learning Technology at QuidelOrtho, Rob leads global learning governance and technology strategy, focusing on enhancing the learning experience for customers, distributors, and colleagues. Prior experience at BT spanned over three decades, during which Rob held various roles including HR Digital Transformation Learning Squad Business Technical Lead, Head of BT Academy, and Learning Implementation Manager, successfully managing significant projects such as the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and the development of innovative learning solutions. Rob’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) and HND in Business and Finance from Nene University, along with educational foundations from Weston Favell High School.
