Severina Edward

Severina Edward has extensive experience in the field of microbiology, currently serving as a Microbiology Supervisor at QuidelOrtho since July 2019, where previous roles included Scientist II, Scientist I, and Microbiologist. Prior to this, Severina worked as a Microbiology Coordinator at Akorn, Inc. from October 2014 to July 2016, and held positions at Colgate-Palmolive from April 2012 to August 2014 as a Research Scientist in Global Microbiology and Microbiologist. Experience also includes roles at Catalent Pharma Solutions from 2004 to April 2012, where Severina progressed from Scientist to Associate Microbiologist and Microbiology Lab Technician. An early internship as a Microbiology/Cytology Lab Assistant took place at JFK Health in 2003. Severina Edward earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Neumann University in 2004.
