Katja Siberg

Katja Siberg is an experienced executive currently serving as CEO of Ferm Foods Oy/Tarhurin Papu Oy since August 2024. Previously, Katja held the position of Chief Executive Officer at QOn Oy from October 2022 to June 2024, where the company focused on noise-cancelling and hearing protection solutions, including the flagship product QuietOn 3. Katja was also a Member of the Administrative Council at OP Financial Group from August 2022 to June 2024, contributing to Finland’s largest financial services organization. Additional leadership roles include Board Member at Suomi-rata Oy from December 2020 to May 2023, Senior Vice President of Marketing, Communications, and Customer Experience at Finavia from February 2011 to October 2022, and various marketing and sales positions in previous companies, showcasing expertise in marketing strategy, customer experience, and international business development. Katja holds a Master of Science in Economics with a focus on Marketing and International Business from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu and a Bachelor of Hospitality Management from Helia.
