Janet Thomas

Janet Thomas currently serves as the HR Business Partner for the Quikrete Division at The QUIKRETE® Companies, the largest manufacturer of packaged concrete and cement mixes in North America, focusing on HR process and performance excellence. Previously, Janet held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Mueller Water Products, managing HR teams across multiple manufacturing plants. Janet's extensive experience also includes a Vice President role at Genuine Parts Company, where talent acquisition and employee development were key responsibilities, as well as earlier positions as HR Director at BSC Ventures and HR Manager at Atlantic Envelope Company, both of which involved strategic HR leadership in manufacturing environments. Janet holds a BA in English from Western University.
