Scott Baker

Scott Baker is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and leadership within the building materials and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Quikrete since November 2021, Scott has previously worked as a Private Equity Consultant focusing on building materials from January 2020 to November 2021. Prior to that, Scott held numerous senior leadership roles at FLSmidth from June 1991 to November 2019, culminating in positions such as SVP/Region President for North America and SVP/Country Head USA. Scott's expertise encompasses P&L management, strategic planning, and organizational development. Educational credentials include a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Lehigh University, along with executive leadership training from Henley Business School and Copenhagen Business School.
