Steven Riebe

Steven Riebe is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations management, primarily within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations, Hardscapes at Quikrete since 2012, Riebe has been instrumental in steering strategic direction and managing end-to-end operations across 30 manufacturing sites. Previous roles include Corporate Vice President of Operations at Quikrete, where Riebe led the operational integration of a multi-million-dollar division, and Regional Vice President of Operations, overseeing significant financial improvements. Prior to Quikrete, Riebe held several leadership positions at Mohawk Industries and managed operations at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Riebe holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from Oklahoma City University, alongside other relevant educational qualifications.
