Suyash Patwardhan

Suyash Patwardhan is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Quiktrak, LLC since April 2025. Previously, Suyash held the CFO position at Infinite Uptime and served as a consultant as well as Head of Finance & Taxation at Smollan, where responsibilities included managing the finance functions and group tax for the entire Smollan India group. Prior to that, Suyash was the Multinational Controller at Snipp Interactive, overseeing finance management across multiple regions. Suyash's career also includes key roles at Parthenon-EY, where a finance function was established for India and Singapore, and an entrepreneurial venture providing accounting and audit services. Suyash is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and holds multiple qualifications, including Certified Public Accountant from the California Board of Accountancy and various diplomas from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
