Mark Horton

Mark Horton has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as a Senior Design Project Manager and Civil Systems Manager at QuikTrip since January 2009. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a Civil Engineer at SAIC from June 2005 to January 2009 and at BKL, Inc. from January 1998 to June 2005, as well as at HDR in a similar capacity from August 1997 to January 1998. Mark holds two degrees from Oklahoma State University: a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) obtained between 2002 and 2005 and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering earned from 1992 to 1997.
