Brian Williamson

Brian Williamson, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Brian is currently the Chief Leadership Development Officer at Quility Insurance, where they started in 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Pruvio from 2020 to 2021. Brian also worked as a Senior Partner at GiANT Worldwide from 2013 to 2021, where they provided people development solutions to organizations globally. Brian founded P2 Development in 2018, offering organizational development solutions. Before that, Brian was the Senior Director at brand:NEW, focusing on leader development. Brian also worked as a Leadership Coach/Consultant at 3DM and founded The Bridge, where they identified and developed leaders, implemented growth strategies, and led capital campaigns. Brian's career started in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Corporal from 1992 to 1996.

Brian Williamson, Ph.D. earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, which they attended from 2012 to 2016. Brian also obtained a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Leadership from Regent University, specializing in graduate level leadership and research, from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree at Columbia International University from 1996 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in MBTI from www.cpp.com in July 2013.
