Andy Browning

Andy Browning is a seasoned project and programme management professional with extensive experience in leading technology-enabled change and business transformation. Currently serving as Change & Transformation Programme Manager at Quilter, Andy has successfully managed high-stakes initiatives such as the £3m+ Variation of Permissions programme. Prior to this role, Andy was Principal Programme Manager at Hampshire County Council, where strategic transformation efforts resulted in significant cost savings and improved service delivery. Earlier career highlights include leading digital strategy initiatives at Sanofi and providing CRM consultancy at Deloitte and SAP UK. Andy holds a First-Class BA (Hons) in History & Politics from the University of the West of England.
