Ian Baker

Ian Baker is a seasoned business analyst with extensive experience in various sectors, including finance and insurance. Currently employed at Smart Pension since November 2018, Ian contributes to the company’s mission of providing low-cost Master Trust solutions for Auto Enrolment, helping manage over 1 million members and 4 billion in assets. Prior to this role, Ian worked at Sapiens, managing significant client migrations within the Closed Books division, and at Reward, focusing on predictive consumer behavior and targeted marketing. Ian's career also includes a substantial tenure at Partnership, where responsibilities spanned multiple projects and roles, including Software Development Manager and Analyst Programmer. Ian holds an HND in Software Engineering from the University of Brighton and an OND from Hastings College of Arts and Technology.
