James Cox

James Cox has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. James currently works at Quilter as the Head of Business Channel Transformation, a role they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Strategic Projects and Business Transformation at Quilter from October 2021 to September 2023. Before that, they were the Head of Executive Projects/Chief of Staff from January 2020 to October 2021, and the Head of UK Business Partnering/FP&A from December 2017 to January 2020.

Before joining Quilter, James worked at Retirement Advantage as the Head of Finance from June 2016 to October 2017. James also worked at RSA as a Group FP&A Analyst from July 2014 to June 2016. Prior to RSA, they gained experience at KPMG as a Senior Associate from September 2011 to June 2014. Their earlier experience includes working as a Facilitator at the Department of State Development, Business & Innovation from September 2010 to February 2011.

James Cox earned a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Oxford, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.
