Louise Squires

Louise Squires is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information security and governance within the financial services sector. Currently, Louise serves as Information Security Transformation Manager at Quilter since April 2022. Prior to this, Louise was Head of Governance and Business Delivery at ReAssure from January 2020 to December 2021, overseeing change management and governance during the transition of the Heritage business. Earlier roles include Head of Heritage Control and Business Delivery at Quilter, where Louise managed the transformation of the Wealth and Heritage UK Customer Services function, and Head of Life Client Services at Old Mutual Wealth, leading multiple teams in life and pension policy administration. During a long tenure at Old Mutual Wealth, Louise also held various positions, including Business Project Manager, demonstrating a strong aptitude for team leadership and operational excellence.
