Sarah Hobby Chartered FCSI is a seasoned professional in risk management and compliance, currently serving as Business Manager, Risk at Quilter since September 2014. Responsibilities include leading the annual planning process, managing the Risk Operating Plan, and participating in the Risk Leadership Committee and Inclusion and Diversity working group. Previously, Sarah held positions as Compliance Monitoring Manager and Compliance Manager at HSBC, as well as serving as a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones. Sarah's career began as a Musician in the Royal Marines Band Service. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Portsmouth.
