Nick Faughey

Nick Faughey is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in platform engineering and infrastructure development. Currently serving as a Staff Platform Engineer at Quilter since June 2024, Nick focuses on establishing foundational systems in an AI startup revolutionizing the printed circuit board industry. Previously at Invisible AI as the Staff Infrastructure Engineer and Platform Team Lead, Nick successfully scaled infrastructure for enterprise clients and streamlined customer onboarding processes. As CTO of Solinius, Nick directed technology strategy and fundraising efforts while building a comprehensive IoT stack. Co-founding Active Cities led to the development of a national platform from a local blog, demonstrating expertise in backend framework construction. Additional experience includes modernizing infrastructure as a Senior DevSecOps Engineer at U.Group and creating a cloud-native digital scheduling system at BITO Robotics. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, obtained between 2012 and 2017.
