Anne Steensma

Anne Steensma is the Lead People & Culture at Quin since January 2022. Prior to this role, Anne worked at Optiver for over a decade, starting as an HR Officer and progressing to Manager - HR Operations & Systems. Anne also has experience as an Intern at Stedelijke Adviesraad Multiculturele Stad Haarlem. Anne holds a Master's degree in Sociology from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Amsterdam.
