Yashar Kardar

Yashar Kardar has worked in various roles since 2014. Yashar began their career as an Intern Designer at Az Group, where they worked in the door production laboratory and learned about VOLVOs' support services in Azerbaijan, Millas' production line for dairy products, and Azplasto group's production of polystyrene plates and glasses. In 2015, they moved to Evreka as an Industrial Designer. In 2016, they co-founded Stackle, a modular multi-cooker assisting cooking for young professionals. In 2017, they became a Co-founder of Joon, a design & sales platform creating equality for disadvantaged craftspeople, co-operatives and designers, as well as a Business Development Consultant at Venn Industrial Design Consultancy. In 2019, they became the Chief Innovation Manager & International Programs Lead at Viveka. In 2020, they took on the role of Co-director at Turkey for the Founder Institute. In 2021, they co-founded Spinon, a digital startup advisor helping entrepreneurs focus on what matters. Finally, in 2022, they began working as Operations at Quin AI.

Yashar Kardar obtained their Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from the Middle East Technical University in 2015, followed by a Master's degree in the same field from the same university in 2021.
