Alicia MacIas (AJ)

Alicia (AJ) Macias is an experienced professional in the culinary and hospitality industry, currently serving as a Captain at Quince Restaurant since January 2015. In addition to this role, Alicia has been a Wines Tutor at The Culinary Institute of America since January 2014, conducting workshops for students with various teaching techniques. Previous experience includes positions as a server and recruiter at The Patterson Country Club, and as a cook and server at both Ardsley Country Club and db Bistro Moderne. Alicia's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Advanced Wines and Hospitality and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts and Business Management from The Culinary Institute of America, complemented by a high honors diploma from Sleepy Hollow High School and a certificate from the Southern Westchester BOCES Culinary Arts Program.
