Ekin Kalayci

Ekin Kalayci is an experienced design professional currently serving as Design Director and Lead UX/UI Designer at Quince since September 2022. Prior to this role, Ekin held multiple positions at The RealReal from June 2016 to September 2022, including Lead UI/UX Designer, Associate Director of Creative, Senior Creative Manager, and Senior Visual Designer. Ekin's earlier experience includes a position as Visual Designer at Gap Inc./Banana Republic from October 2013 to June 2016, as well as shorter roles as Designer at dot429 and Intern at Bureau of Trade and Rafineri. Ekin holds a Master of Arts in Visual and Critical Studies from California College of the Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Bilkent University.
