Matt Lippert

Matt Lippert currently serves as the Head of Product Merchandising and Supply Chain at Quince since February 2021, focusing on high-quality premium products offered at radically low prices. In addition, Matt is a co-founder and partner at Zephyr Equine Veterinary Services, which has been operational since September 2012. Previously, Matt held the position of Vice President, Global Procurement and Chief Procurement Officer at Nike from April 2014 to October 2020, overseeing $15 billion in annual strategic sourcing. Additional experience includes a role as Board Member at MODULA S INC from July 2013 to December 2014, Associate Principal at McKinsey & Co from September 2006 to April 2014, and Senior Manager in Supply Chain Strategy at Del Monte Foods, Inc. from January 2003 to August 2004. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from Stanford University and an MBA with Distinction in Strategy, alongside a Master's in Engineering Management, both from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
