Sophia Han

Sophia Han serves as the Head of Talent at Quince since March 2024 and has been an Advisor at ModernLoop since December 2020, where the focus is on automating and streamlining recruiting operations. Previously, Sophia held the role of Senior Director of Recruiting at Brex from October 2018 to February 2024, leading engineering, product, and design hiring during the company's significant growth. Prior experience includes being the Head of Engineering Recruiting and a Senior Technical Recruiter at Brex, a Technical Recruiter at Instagram, and a Technical Recruiter/Lead at Facebook, where leadership hiring for Infrastructure Engineering was managed. Sophia began their career as a Recruiting Intern at Vungle and holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, along with education from National Taiwan University.
