The Quince leadership team has a wide range of experience in many different industries. They have worked for companies such as Harry's, Inc., Spotify, Yum! Brands, Procter & Gamble, Amazon, Conn's, support.com, Circuit City, and Stitch Fix. They have also been entrepreneurs, owning and franchising Extreme Pizza Europe – Ireland. In addition to their work experience, the team is also educated at some of the top schools in the world, including the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, the University of Southern California, the University of California at Berkeley, Pepperdine University, and Amity University.
