Kate Lopci is an experienced leader in workforce development and education, currently serving as Vice President of Workforce Economic and Institutional Development at Quincy College since February 2016, with a history of progressive roles including Associate Vice President and Director of Workforce Development and Community Engagement. In these positions, Kate has focused on designing innovative curricula and overseeing non-credit programs in business and technology, collaborating with local industry partners to address workforce needs. Before Quincy College, Kate held key roles at United South End Settlements, including Director of Workforce Readiness and Manager of Adult Basic Education and Technology Education Programs, and served as Educational Manager at JVS. Kate's educational background includes an MBA in International Educational Development and a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership Management from Boston University, alongside additional certifications and a BA in Geography.
