Nicole Shields is an experienced professional in the field of behavioral health, currently serving as the Director of Behavioral Health at Quincy Medical Group. With a Master of Science degree in Clinical/Community Mental Health from Western Illinois University, Nicole also co-hosts Scrambled: The Children’s Mental Health Podcast. Previously, Nicole worked as a Behavioral Health Therapist at Transitions of Western Illinois. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Illinois State University.
