Kaleena Colon

Kaleena Colon serves as the Director of Ancillary Behavioral Health Network and Contracting at Healthfirst since January 2014, where leadership encompasses the strategic development and execution of the behavioral health network and contracting strategy. Previously, Kaleena held positions as Senior Manager, Manager, and Program Manager in Behavioral Health Network and Contracting, contributing to Medicaid initiatives and integration efforts. Prior experience includes roles at Press Ganey, overseeing quality performance management, and at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, managing quality improvement efforts for primary care practices. Additional experience includes public health outreach and family support roles at various organizations. Kaleena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Amherst College and further education from the University of Minnesota.
