Prior to this role, Karthika worked as a Quality Analyst at GLOBAL SCREENING SERVICES (BANGALORE) PRIVATE LIMITED from August 2014 to January 2021, where responsibilities included managing client accounts, coordinating with clients, building and maintaining relationships, and ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
