Zach Persky

Zach Persky has a diverse work experience in the real estate and investment banking sectors. Zach is currently working as the Vice President - Acquisitions at Quinn Residences since January 2022. Prior to that, they served as Senior Associate - Acquisitions at the same company from April 2020 to January 2022. Before joining Quinn Residences, Zach worked as an Acquisitions Analyst at Passco Companies, LLC from April 2019 to April 2020. Zach also gained valuable experience at KeyBanc Capital Markets, where they served as an Investment Banking Associate - Real Estate from March 2019 to April 2019 and as an Investment Banking Analyst from July 2015 to March 2019. Zach's early career included an internship as an Equity Research Intern at KeyBanc Capital Markets in May 2014 to August 2014.

Zach Persky completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Rollins College from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they obtained two certifications - the Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in November 2015, and the Investment Banking Representative Exam from FINRA in September 2015.
