Vlad Frenk serves as the Anesthesiology Residency Program Director at Quinnipiac University as of September 2023. In addition, Vlad holds the position of Director for the Quinnipiac University Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Fellowship and Co-Director of the Anesthesia Connecticut Orthopaedic Institute at Integrated Anesthesia Associates, where Vlad has been active since July 2020. Previously, Vlad was the Medical Director at The Surgical Center at Orthopedic Associates, Fishkill Ambulatory Surgery Center, and Vassar Brothers Ambulatory Surgery Center from March 2017 to July 2020. Prior to that, Vlad was a cardiac anesthesiologist and Director of Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain at North American Partners in Anesthesia, contributing expertise in echocardiography and adult cardiac surgery. Vlad's earlier experience includes serving as Nuvance Anesthesiology Residency Program Director and Associate Director of Regional Anesthesia at Stamford Hospital from 2008 to November 2015. Vlad earned an MD from Harvard Medical School and the University of California, San Francisco - School of Medicine.
