Kevin Lovaincy

Kevin Lovaincy is an experienced leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Executive Director of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at Quinsigamond Community College since September 2022. Prior roles include Assistant Director and Acting Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, where responsibilities encompassed strategic leadership in public health institutions. At Tufts University, Kevin contributed as a Diversity and Inclusion Task Force Consultant, designing and implementing the university's first Employee Resource Group (ERG) while also managing the Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Masters Program. Previous experience also includes a role in multicultural recruitment at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, emphasizing outreach for underrepresented student populations. Kevin holds a Master of Arts in Diversity and Inclusion Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, both from Tufts University.
