Debra Lee

Debra Lee, CPA, CIA, currently serves as SOX Program Manager at QuinStreet since August 2019, following roles in various organizations focused on auditing and compliance. Prior experience includes Senior Internal Auditor at Juniper Networks, where operational audits in high-risk areas were managed, and Revenue Cycle & Compliance Manager at AACI, where Debra successfully revamped billing practices to meet US GAAP. Additionally, Debra has held positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco as SOX Program Coordinator and Technical Accounting Analyst, where SOX compliance was managed, and at Intel Corporation as Corporate FP&A Senior Analyst, facilitating financial forecasting. Early career experiences include positions at Deloitte and EY as a financial auditor. Debra holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
