Mike Reid

Mike Reid has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mike is currently working as a UI Developer at QuinStreet since August 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Production Manager at the Colorado Springs Business Journal from April 2021 to August 2022. From February 2018 to April 2022, Mike was a Partner at Liontree Creative, LLC.

Before their partnership role, Mike worked as a Design and Digital Media Specialist at Discover Goodwill of Southern & Western Colorado from June 2015 to July 2021. Mike also owned and operated their own business, Mike Reid Productions, from September 2005 to February 2018.

Mike's earlier experiences include working as a Production Manager/Graphic Designer at Blakely + Company from May 2014 to June 2015, Production Supervisor at the Colorado Springs Business Journal from August 2013 to May 2014, and Assistant Production Manager from September 2008 to August 2013 at the same company.

Mike started their career as a Production Artist at Innovative Learning Concepts from May 2003 to September 2005 and Buffalo Brothers/Visual Latitude from January 2003 to May 2005. Mike also briefly worked as a Production Artist at JS Design in 2007.

Mike Reid attended Fairfield University from 1997 to 1998, where they studied Multimedia Design. Prior to that, from 1986 to 1989, they attended Henry Abbott Vocational-Technical School, where they focused on Graphic Communications. Additionally, Mike has obtained several certifications in UX design and interaction design from LinkedIn, including "Advance Your Skills in UX Design," "Designing Accessible Components In Figma," "Adobe XD: Prototyping Tips and Tricks," "Getting Started in User Experience," and "Interaction Design: Structure." The certifications were obtained between October and November of 2022.
