Tyler Orrell

Tyler Orrell has a strong background in contact center management and operations. Tyler served as the Vice President and later the Senior Director of Contact Center at QuinStreet from 2013 to the present. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the company's contact center operations and off-shore BPO management. Tyler provided leadership and developed strategies to maximize revenue and profit margins. Additionally, Tyler co-founded Konnect Media Solutions in 2022. Prior to their current role, they worked as the Contact Center Operations Manager at The Standard from 2010 to 2013, where they led a support team and implemented quality and training programs. Before that, they held various roles at Nationwide Insurance from 2000 to 2010, including Contact Center Manager and GM of Sales, as well as Workforce Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for workforce management, scheduling, forecasting, and staff planning for multiple regional contact centers. Tyler also played a key role in implementing and operationalizing a workforce management application for Nationwide Insurance.

Tyler Orrell completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from Linfield University, spanning from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Clackamas Community College from 1990 to 1992, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree. Tyler Orrell also holds a certification in SEO Foundations, which they received in January 2020 from LinkedIn.
