Robert Vandenbergh

Mr. Vandenbergh has almost 40 years of banking experience and has served in executive leadership roles since 1991. Most recently, Bob was Regional President and Chief Operating Officer of a $6.5B bank holding company in the northeast where he actively participated in its growth from $400MM. During his tenure as a banker, he has been involved in all aspects of banking including Lending, Operations, Risk Management, Human Resources, Retail, Compliance and to a lesser extent Finance and Audit. Bob also maintained a strong working relationship with the banking regulators which helped facilitate the fast track for several acquisitions where he led the integration teams.
