Gabriela Jaimes possesses extensive experience in customer service and hospitality, currently serving as a Destination Host at QuintessCollection since October 2016. Prior roles include Spa Concierge at One and Only Palmilla from May 2014 to July 2016 and Customer Service Team Lead at Scotiabank from August 2011 to April 2014, where responsibilities included coaching in customer service and banking processes, along with quality control. Gabriela's educational background includes studying at Elgin Community College from 2005 to 2007 and graduating from Elk Grove High School in 2005.
