Erica Ezold

Erica Ezold currently serves as Executive Director at Quintessence Theatre Group and as an Adjunct Professor of Theatre Management at the University of the Arts. Previously, Erica held significant leadership roles such as Managing Director at People's Light and General Manager at Pig Iron Theatre Company, overseeing financial and operational management for non-profit theatre companies. Erica's experience also includes positions in human resources and company management on Broadway productions, such as West Side Story and August: Osage County. Erica holds an MBA in Management from Baruch College, a BFA in Technical Theatre from New York University, and a certificate in Nonprofit Fundraising from La Salle University.
