Jeff Mansour

Jeff Mansour has over thirty-eight years of experience in the technology industry. Jeff began their career in 1982 as a Systems Programmer at Lanier Worldwide. In 1989, they moved to KMSystems, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer. In 1996, they were promoted to Director of Technical Services at KMSystems, Inc. where they managed all software product development, support, marketing and sales. In 2000, they joined EMC as a Senior Technical Consultant. In 2006, they moved to NetApp as a Professional Services Consultant. In 2011, they joined Gemalto as a Principal Consultant and PS Engagement Manager. In 2015, they joined Network Appliance as a Professional Services Consultant - USPS Intel where they supported NetApp IC/DoD customers with encryption solutions. In 2018, they moved to PKWARE as the Senior Director of Global Customer Success, Director of Professional Services & Support, and Director of Professional Services. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Success at QuintessenceLabs.

Jeff Mansour attended Dekalb Community College from 1985 to 1988, where they earned a degree in Information Systems. Prior to that, they attended Georgia Piedmont Technical College from 1981 to 1984, where they earned a degree in Data Processing and Programming.
