Andrew Williams has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. Andrew started their career at Anheuser-Busch InBev in 2005, where they worked as an Account Controller and later became the Commercial Director for England & Wales. Andrew successfully delivered P&L budgets and led a team of 42 to achieve growth in market share and revenue. Andrew then joined The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in 2016, where they served as the National Sales Director for Aramis & Designer Fragrance and Lab Series Skincare for Men. Andrew also took on the role of Acting Vice President & General Manager (Interim Role) for ADF. At Estée Lauder, they secured full P&L delivery and achieved incremental growth for various brands. In 2020, Andrew joined Quintessential Brands Group as the Commercial Manager for Convenience, followed by their role as Head of Convenience & Off Trade RTM. Andrew is currently responsible for national sales management in the on-trade sector.

Andrew Williams attended Staffordshire University from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a HND & Post Graduate Diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
