Kittim Wachira

Kittim Wachira is a professional with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Mount Kenya University, obtained in August 2021. Currently, Kittim serves as a Graduate Trainee at Quintica since February 2024. Prior experience includes participation in the ServiceNow NextGen Program from September 2022 to February 2024, where Kittim led a team of five as Project Manager for a development project and acquired hands-on experience in ServiceNow app development, integration, and flow design. From January 2021 to January 2024, Kittim held multiple roles at AHADI Corporation, including Technical Support Specialist, where expertise in network protocols and the development of FTTH monitoring solutions was attained, and Network Maintenance Technician, managing hardware upgrades and technical support. Kittim began the career as a Field Technician and Information Technology Intern at Thika Technical Training Institute in 2019, focusing on IT support and lab management.
